I am a consultant to various companies to write health and nutrition products. I also write a weekly column for The New York Times on weight loss and exercise. I am the founder of The Daily Weight Loss Newsletter. I also am the editor of the book Dieting With a Purpose: A Practical Guide to Getting and Keeping Weight Off. This blog is an opportunity to share ideas that I have learned from my experiences, which can help other people with their weight loss.
